Keep one weekly log with five fields: date, change made, pages affected, evidence observed, and next decision. It is not a vanity dashboard. It is the context needed to avoid claiming that an increase or decrease came from one action.
Record no-change weeks too. They show the actual observation window and prevent selective storytelling during a portfolio review.
